These stories –your authentic stories– are so important to people who are leaving or questioning religion. Your journey shows what can be done. Your openness lets people know they’re not alone. Your example leads people out of trauma. 

You’re shaping conversations around ethics, science, humanism, and social justice—areas critical to advancing an open, compassionate society. You’re dispelling stereotypes and offering solidarity to people who feel isolated. But most importantly, you provide spaces where people can question religion safely and without fear or coercion.
